Ingredients
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to knead a soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Crumble the paneer in a separate bowl. Mix it with turmeric, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into small balls using your palms.
- 4. Flatten each ball into a disc and place a generous portion of the paneer mixture in the center.
- 5. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and seal it tightly, forming a stuffed ball.
- 6. Roll the stuffed ball gently into a thin paratha using a rolling pin, ensuring the filling is evenly spread.
- 7. Heat a skillet and cook the paratha on medium heat, applying ghee on both sides until golden brown.
- 8. For the chutney, grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, and lemon juice into a smooth paste.
- 9. Serve the hot paneer parathas with the freshly prepared mint chutney for a flavorful breakfast.
