Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the paneer into a fine texture and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. Finely chop coriander leaves and green chilies and mix them with the paneer.
- 3. Add cumin powder and salt to the paneer mixture and combine well.
- 4. In another bowl, prepare the dough by mixing wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
- 5. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 10 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
- 6. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small circle.
- 7. Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center of each circle and fold the edges to seal.
- 8. Roll the stuffed dough gently into a flat round paratha, taking care not to tear it.
- 9. Heat a tawa or flat pan and grease it lightly with ghee.
- 10. Cook each paratha on medium heat until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
- 11. Flip frequently to ensure even cooking and brush more ghee if desired.
- 12. Serve hot with a side of yogurt or pickle for added flavor.
