Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Crumble the paneer into a fine texture and set aside in a bowl.
  2. 2. Finely chop coriander leaves and green chilies and mix them with the paneer.
  3. 3. Add cumin powder and salt to the paneer mixture and combine well.
  4. 4. In another bowl, prepare the dough by mixing wheat flour, water, and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rest for 10 minutes, covered with a damp cloth.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small circle.
  7. 7. Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center of each circle and fold the edges to seal.
  8. 8. Roll the stuffed dough gently into a flat round paratha, taking care not to tear it.
  9. 9. Heat a tawa or flat pan and grease it lightly with ghee.
  10. 10. Cook each paratha on medium heat until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
  11. 11. Flip frequently to ensure even cooking and brush more ghee if desired.
  12. 12. Serve hot with a side of yogurt or pickle for added flavor.
