- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 250 G Capsicum (250Gm)
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- - Rice Vinegar
- 170 g Ching'S Secret Chilli Oil Crunchy
- - Corn Starch Powder
- 1 ltr Anveshan Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and finely chop all vegetables including carrots, capsicum, ginger, garlic, and spring onions.
- 2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes over medium heat to maintain their crunch.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, chilli oil, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch with water to form a smooth sauce.
- 5. Pour the sauce into the pan with the vegetables and stir well to coat them evenly.
- 6. Add the paneer cubes into the pan and gently toss them with the sauce and vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the paneer and vegetables, ensuring everything is well-mixed.
- 8. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander and spring onions for added flavor and color.
- 9. Serve hot as a standalone dish or pair with a small portion of steamed brown rice for a complete meal.
