Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500G Loose Besan
- 400 g Curd
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, salt, and turmeric powder with water to form a smooth dough.
- 2. Heat a pan and sauté cumin seeds in oil until fragrant, then add paneer cubes and spices.
- 3. Cook the paneer for 5-6 minutes until golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
- 4. Wash and roughly chop spinach, then stir it into the cooked paneer mixture and sauté for 2 minutes.
- 5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin rotis using a rolling pin.
- 6. Cook the rotis on a hot tawa, flipping until they are golden on both sides.
- 7. Spread a layer of curd on each roti and add the paneer-spinach filling evenly.
- 8. Roll the rotis tightly into wraps and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- 9. Serve the wraps warm with a side of chutney or fresh salad.
