Golden Paneer and Spinach Wraps recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500G Loose Besan
  • 400 g Curd
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, salt, and turmeric powder with water to form a smooth dough.
  2. 2. Heat a pan and sauté cumin seeds in oil until fragrant, then add paneer cubes and spices.
  3. 3. Cook the paneer for 5-6 minutes until golden and slightly crispy on the edges.
  4. 4. Wash and roughly chop spinach, then stir it into the cooked paneer mixture and sauté for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin rotis using a rolling pin.
  6. 6. Cook the rotis on a hot tawa, flipping until they are golden on both sides.
  7. 7. Spread a layer of curd on each roti and add the paneer-spinach filling evenly.
  8. 8. Roll the rotis tightly into wraps and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  9. 9. Serve the wraps warm with a side of chutney or fresh salad.
