- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach

- 1. Cook the long-grain rice in water until tender, then drain and set aside to cool.
- 2. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and chop the spinach finely.
- 3. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until golden brown.
- 4. Add the spinach and frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 5. Mix in the ginger powder, white pepper, turmeric, and salt, stirring well to combine.
