Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500G Loose Besan
- 100 g Jeera
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach leaves, then set them aside.
- 2. Crumble the paneer into a mixing bowl and add chopped spinach.
- 3. Mix in grated ginger, green chili, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt into the paneer-spinach mixture.
- 4. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, chickpea flour, cumin seeds, and a pinch of salt, then slowly add water to form a soft dough.
- 5. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small disc using a rolling pin.
- 6. Place a portion of the paneer-spinach mixture on the center of each disc and fold the edges to seal the filling.
- 7. Gently roll the stuffed dough into a flat paratha, ensuring the filling does not spill out.
- 8. Heat a skillet or tawa on medium heat and brush it lightly with oil.
- 9. Cook each paratha on the skillet, flipping occasionally, until golden brown on both sides.
- 10. Remove the cooked parathas and brush them lightly with oil if desired for extra flavor.
- 11. Serve warm with a side of yogurt or chutney for added taste.
