Ingredients
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Mix whole wheat flour with water and 1 tsp salt to form a soft dough, then set aside for 15 minutes.
- 2. Finely chop the spinach, onion, and green chili, and grate the paneer into a separate bowl.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the onion and green chili until soft and aromatic.
- 4. Add spinach, paneer, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and 0.5 tsp salt, cooking until flavors blend well.
- 5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles using a rolling pin.
- 6. Place a portion of the spinach-paneer mixture in the center of each circle and fold it into a wrap shape.
- 7. Heat a griddle and cook the wraps on medium heat, brushing lightly with oil on each side until golden brown.
- 8. Transfer the cooked wraps to a plate and let them cool slightly before serving.
