- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- 2. Grate the paneer and mix it with the chopped spinach, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- 3. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the mixture, stirring well to combine all the flavors.
- 4. In another bowl, combine rice flour with water to form a soft dough, kneading it until smooth.
- 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small circle using a rolling pin.
- 6. Place a portion of the paneer-spinach mixture in the center of each rolled dough circle.
- 7. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a roll, sealing it tightly.
- 8. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of vegetable oil.
- 9. Cook the rolls on the skillet, turning occasionally, until golden and crisp on all sides.
- 10. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling, adding oil as needed.
