Ingredients

  • - Rice Flour
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and finely chop the spinach, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  2. 2. Grate the paneer and mix it with the chopped spinach, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt to the mixture, stirring well to combine all the flavors.
  4. 4. In another bowl, combine rice flour with water to form a soft dough, kneading it until smooth.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small circle using a rolling pin.
  6. 6. Place a portion of the paneer-spinach mixture in the center of each rolled dough circle.
  7. 7. Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a roll, sealing it tightly.
  8. 8. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of vegetable oil.
  9. 9. Cook the rolls on the skillet, turning occasionally, until golden and crisp on all sides.
  10. 10. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling, adding oil as needed.
  11. 11. Serve the warm, golden paratha rolls with your favorite chutney or yogurt.
