Ingredients

  • - Rice Flour
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine rice flour and water in a bowl to create a smooth dosa batter; let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
  3. 3. Add chopped onion, green chilies, and tomato to the pan; sauté until softened.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, salt, and finely chopped spinach; cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.
  5. 5. Crumble paneer into the pan and mix well; stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
  6. 6. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter to form a thin circle.
  7. 7. Cook the dosa on medium heat until golden and crispy on one side; flip and cook the other side briefly.
  8. 8. Place the paneer-spinach stuffing onto the dosa and fold it into a wrap.
  9. 9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and filling, making two wraps in total.
  10. 10. Serve the wraps hot with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup on the side.
