Ingredients

- 1pc Watermelon
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Combine rice flour and water in a bowl to create a smooth dosa batter; let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
- 3. Add chopped onion, green chilies, and tomato to the pan; sauté until softened.
- 4. Add turmeric, salt, and finely chopped spinach; cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.
- 5. Crumble paneer into the pan and mix well; stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter to form a thin circle.
- 7. Cook the dosa on medium heat until golden and crispy on one side; flip and cook the other side briefly.
- 8. Place the paneer-spinach stuffing onto the dosa and fold it into a wrap.
- 9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and filling, making two wraps in total.
- 10. Serve the wraps hot with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup on the side.
