Golden Paneer and Spinach Dosa Wrap recipe

Ingredients

  • - Rice Flour
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 400 g Curd
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour with curd, water, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth batter.
  2. 2. Wash and finely chop the spinach, coriander leaves, and green chilies, keeping them aside.
  3. 3. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and season with turmeric, red chili powder, and cumin seeds.
  4. 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the paneer mixture until lightly golden.
  5. 5. Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted, then remove from heat.
  6. 6. Heat a non-stick dosa pan and spread a ladle of batter thinly to form a dosa.
  7. 7. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges and cook until golden and crisp on one side.
  8. 8. Place a portion of the paneer-spinach filling onto the dosa and fold it into a wrap shape.
  9. 9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and filling to make 2 wraps.
  10. 10. Garnish the wraps with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
