Ingredients
- - Rice Flour
- 250 g Spinach
- 200 g Paneer
- 400 g Curd
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour with curd, water, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Wash and finely chop the spinach, coriander leaves, and green chilies, keeping them aside.
- 3. Crumble the paneer into small pieces and season with turmeric, red chili powder, and cumin seeds.
- 4. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the paneer mixture until lightly golden.
- 5. Add chopped spinach to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted, then remove from heat.
- 6. Heat a non-stick dosa pan and spread a ladle of batter thinly to form a dosa.
- 7. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges and cook until golden and crisp on one side.
- 8. Place a portion of the paneer-spinach filling onto the dosa and fold it into a wrap shape.
- 9. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and filling to make 2 wraps.
- 10. Garnish the wraps with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
