Ingredients
- 10 pcs Prawns
- - Dry Red Chillies
- - Dalchini
- - Khadi Sakhar
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 200 g Table Salt
- 700 ml Vinegar
- 50 g Cloves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 200 g Paneer
- 250 g Spinach
- 100 g Jeera
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix rice flour, salt, and turmeric powder with water to form a smooth dough.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease lightly with oil to prepare the wraps.
- 3. Roll the dough into thin circles and cook each side until lightly golden.
- 4. In another pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add cumin seeds to sizzle.
- 5. Add chopped spinach and sauté until wilted, then season with salt and chili powder.
- 6. Crumble the paneer into the pan and mix well with the spinach mixture.
- 7. Cook the filling for 3-4 minutes until aromatic and slightly thickened.
- 8. Place a portion of the paneer-spinach filling in the center of each wrap.
- 9. Fold the wrap carefully, tucking in the sides to create neat rolls.
- 10. Warm the rolls briefly on a pan if needed, ensuring they are heated evenly.
- 11. Serve the rolls hot with your favorite chutney or a sprinkle of lemon juice.
