Ingredients
- 500G Loose Besan
- 1pc Watermelon
- 200 g Paneer
- - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
- 250g Green Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric, cumin, and salt with water to create a smooth batter.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil to prepare for cooking the dosa wraps.
- 3. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it thinly to form a circular dosa; cook for 2 minutes per side.
- 4. In another pan, heat oil and sauté chopped green chili and turmeric powder for 30 seconds.
- 5. Add paneer cubes and boiled chickpeas to the pan, then season with coriander, cumin, and black pepper powder.
- 6. Stir-fry the paneer and chickpeas for 4-5 minutes until they are golden and aromatic.
- 7. Sprinkle fresh chopped coriander leaves over the paneer mixture and toss gently to combine.
- 8. Place the prepared paneer and chickpeas onto the center of each dosa wrap.
- 9. Fold the dosa wraps carefully around the filling to create neat rolls.
- 10. Serve the dosa wraps warm with a side of chutney or yogurt for extra flavor.
