- 500G Loose Besan
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- - Coriander Powder
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- 100G Oleo
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt with water to make a smooth batter.
- 2. Grate the paneer and mix it into the batter along with chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, and green chili.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle a small amount of oil evenly across the surface.
- 4. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it gently to form a circular chilla shape.
- 5. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to brown and lift easily from the pan.
- 6. Flip the chilla and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp.
- 7. Repeat the process for the remaining batter, adding oil as needed for each chilla.
- 8. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt on the side for added flavor.
