Ingredients
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in mutton keema, cook until the meat is well browned and tender.
- 4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- 5. Chop green chilies finely and add them to the pan with fresh coriander leaves.
- 6. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes until spices are well blended into the keema.
- 7. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour with water and knead into a smooth dough.
- 8. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into small circles using a rolling pin.
- 9. Place a spoonful of mutton keema filling in the center of each circle.
- 10. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and roll gently to seal and flatten.
- 11. Heat a skillet and cook the stuffed parathas on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
- 12. Brush the parathas with a little oil while cooking for extra crispness.
- 13. Remove from heat and serve hot with a side of fresh yogurt or pickles.
