Ingredients
- 500 g Onion
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger-garlic paste until fragrant.
- 2. Add mutton mince to the pan and cook until it turns brown and releases its juices.
- 3. Mix in chopped tomatoes, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powders, cooking until the spices blend well.
- 4. Season with salt and cook until the mutton is fully done and no liquid remains.
- 5. Prepare mint chutney by blending mint leaves, coriander, green chilies, and yogurt until smooth.
- 6. Slice onions thinly and soak them in water to reduce sharpness.
- 7. Warm the parathas on a tawa to make them pliable and slightly crispy.
- 8. Spread a layer of mint chutney over the parathas.
- 9. Place a portion of cooked mutton mince on each paratha evenly.
- 10. Top with sliced onions and roll the parathas tightly into wraps.
- 11. Secure the rolls with parchment paper or foil for easy handling.
- 12. Serve the kathi rolls hot with extra mint chutney on the side.
