  • 370 G Freshos Dijon Mustard
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • - Garlic Chives

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden and tender.
  3. 3. Add fresh spinach to the mushrooms and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted; season with salt and pepper.
