  • 1Kg Potato
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 100G Oleo

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them thoroughly in a bowl.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add mashed potatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to the pan; mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Finely chop coriander leaves and green chilies, then stir them into the potato filling; set aside to cool.
  5. 5. In a mixing bowl, combine moong flour with water, salt, and turmeric; whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  6. 6. Preheat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil before pouring a ladleful of batter to form a thin pancake.
  7. 7. Cook the pancake for 2 minutes on medium heat, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
  8. 8. Place a spoonful of potato filling in the center of the pancake and fold it into a roll or wrap shape.
