- 1Kg Potato
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
- 100G Oleo
Instructions
- 1. Peel and boil the potatoes until soft, then mash them thoroughly in a bowl.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 3. Add mashed potatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt to the pan; mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
- 4. Finely chop coriander leaves and green chilies, then stir them into the potato filling; set aside to cool.
- 5. In a mixing bowl, combine moong flour with water, salt, and turmeric; whisk until you have a smooth batter.
- 6. Preheat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with oil before pouring a ladleful of batter to form a thin pancake.
- 7. Cook the pancake for 2 minutes on medium heat, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- 8. Place a spoonful of potato filling in the center of the pancake and fold it into a roll or wrap shape.
- 9. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and filling to make multiple pancakes.
- 10. Serve the pancakes hot with a side of mint chutney or yogurt for added flavor.
