- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Ginger Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 200G Desiccated Coconut
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

- 1. Rinse and soak the moong dal in water for 2 hours, then drain and grind into a coarse paste.
- 2. Mix the dal paste with rice flour, ginger powder, turmeric, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, and salt.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small patties, ensuring they are evenly sized for consistent cooking.
