Ingredients
- 250 g Cucumber
- 100 Gms Organic White Sesame Seeds
- 190 ml White Cooking Vinegar
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- - Rice Flour
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 3 hours.
- 2. Drain the soaked dal and blend it with green chilies, ginger, and water until smooth.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the dal paste, rice flour, turmeric, salt, and cumin seeds.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a circle.
- 6. Cook the pancake on medium heat until golden on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
- 7. Repeat the process to make more pancakes, greasing the pan as needed.
- 8. Heat the coconut chutney paste in a small pan with water and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 9. Serve the warm pancakes with the spiced coconut chutney on the side.
