Ingredients

  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 100 Gms Organic White Sesame Seeds
  • 190 ml White Cooking Vinegar
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 500 Ml Champion Oil
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • - Rice Flour
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 3 hours.
  2. 2. Drain the soaked dal and blend it with green chilies, ginger, and water until smooth.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the dal paste, rice flour, turmeric, salt, and cumin seeds.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
  5. 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a circle.
  6. 6. Cook the pancake on medium heat until golden on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. 7. Repeat the process to make more pancakes, greasing the pan as needed.
  8. 8. Heat the coconut chutney paste in a small pan with water and simmer for 2 minutes.
  9. 9. Serve the warm pancakes with the spiced coconut chutney on the side.
