Ingredients
- 500G Loose Besan
- 250 g Carrot
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 100G Oleo
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine moong dal flour and besan with turmeric, chili powder, salt, and water to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Grate the carrot, finely chop the capsicum, cabbage, coriander leaves, green chilies, and ginger.
- 3. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté the chopped vegetables with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
- 4. Preheat a non-stick tawa and drizzle a few drops of oil evenly across the surface.
- 5. Pour a ladle of batter onto the tawa, spreading it thinly to make a cheela, and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- 6. Repeat the process to make additional cheelas until the batter is finished.
- 7. Place the sautéed vegetables in the center of each cheela and roll them up tightly to form wraps.
- 8. Serve the wraps warm, garnished with fresh coriander leaves for added flavor.
