  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • - GREEN PEAS 195GM
  • 250 g French Beans
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • loose Ginger
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly under running water and set aside to drain.
  2. 2. Dice the carrot, green beans, and onion into small pieces and finely chop the ginger and green chilies.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add mustard seeds and let them splutter before adding cumin seeds and curry leaves.
  4. 4. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger to the pan and sauté until the onions become translucent.
  5. 5. Stir in the diced carrots, green beans, and green peas, cooking for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  6. 6. Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt over the vegetables, mixing well to coat them evenly.
  7. 7. Add the rinsed millet to the pan, mixing it with the vegetables to combine flavors.
  8. 8. Pour water into the pan and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid.
