  • 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet
  • 200 g Diet Tofu Soya Tofu
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
  • 250 g French Beans
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • loose Ginger
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly under running water and soak it for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the millet and cook it in 300 ml of water on medium heat until tender, then set it aside.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, allowing them to splutter.
  4. 4. Stir in cumin seeds, curry leaves, and finely chopped green chilies and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Toss in chopped tomatoes, carrot, and green beans, cooking until the vegetables soften slightly.
  7. 7. Crumble the tofu into the pan and mix well, allowing it to absorb the spices for 2-3 minutes.
  8. 8. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, stirring to evenly coat the mixture.
