Ingredients
- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- Pcs Everest Rajma Masala 50g
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and soak rajma beans for 8 hours, then pressure cook until tender.
- 2. Cook millet in boiling water with a pinch of salt until fluffy, then set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add finely chopped onion, ginger, and garlic, sauté until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in chopped tomato and green chilies, cook until tomatoes turn soft.
- 6. Mix turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder into the pan.
- 7. Add cooked rajma beans and stir well to coat them with the spices.
- 8. Fold in the cooked millet and toss gently to combine evenly.
- 9. Adjust salt to taste, and cook for another 2 minutes to blend flavors.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving warm.
