- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet
- 200 g Pintola Unsweetened Creamy Almond Butter
- 1 piece Banana
- 100G Chia Seed
- 100 g Dabur Honey
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 200 g Pluckk Frozen Mixed Berries
- 10G Cardamom Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly under running water and soak it in water for 15 minutes.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, bring 200 ml of water to a boil and add the soaked millet.
- 3. Cook the millet on medium heat for 10-12 minutes until tender, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Add coconut milk, cardamom powder, and a pinch of salt to the cooked millet and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 5. Slice the banana and set aside along with fresh mixed berries for garnishing the bowl.
- 6. Stir in almond butter and honey into the millet mixture, ensuring it is well combined.
- 7. Remove the millet mixture from heat and allow it to cool slightly for 2-3 minutes.
- 8. Divide the millet mixture evenly into two serving bowls.
- 9. Top each bowl with sliced banana, fresh mixed berries, and sprinkle chia seeds for added crunch.
- 10. Drizzle a little extra honey over the top for added sweetness, if desired.
