Ingredients
- - Matcha Powder
- - Toned Milk
- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Carrot
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet and red lentils thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Boil the millet and lentils together in 300 ml of water until cooked and fluffy.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds until they crackle.
- 4. Add chopped carrots, green beans, and green chilies to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 5. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt over the vegetables.
- 6. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly with the spices.
- 7. Add the cooked millet and lentils to the pan and mix thoroughly.
- 8. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- 9. Garnish the stir-fry with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 10. Serve hot with a side of fresh salad or yogurt (if vegan-friendly).
