Ingredients
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- loose Ginger
- 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
- - Foxtail Millet Flour
- - Rice Flour
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions
- 1. Rinse and soak the foxtail millet for 15 minutes, then cook until soft and fluffy.
- 2. Mash the boiled yellow lentils and mix them with the cooked millet in a large bowl.
- 3. Add rice flour, chopped coriander, green chilies, ginger, cumin powder, turmeric, and salt to the bowl, mixing well.
- 4. Shape the mixture into small patties, ensuring they are firm and evenly sized.
- 5. Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, flipping carefully.
- 6. Blend mint leaves, lemon juice, water, and a pinch of salt into a smooth chutney using a food processor.
- 7. Arrange the patties on a plate and serve them hot with the tangy mint chutney.
