- 500 g Whole Farm Premium Kangni/Foxtail Millet - 500 G
- - Tong Garden Cheddar N Jalapeno Chickpeas
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coconut Oil
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the foxtail millet thoroughly under running water and set aside.
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a deep pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- 3. Add diced tomatoes, green chilies, and dry spices (turmeric, cumin, coriander) to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the cooked chickpeas and mix well to coat them with the spice blend.
- 5. Pour in water, bring to a boil, and add rinsed millet to the pan.
- 6. Lower the heat, cover the pan, and let the millet cook for 15 minutes until tender.
- 7. Once cooked, fluff the millet gently with a fork and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- 8. Serve warm, ensuring each bowl has an even distribution of millet and chickpeas for balanced flavor and nutrition.
