Ingredients

  • - Proso Millet Flour
  • 250 g Cabbage Chinese
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 pc (200 g) Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely shred the cabbage and squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Grate the paneer and combine it with the cabbage in a mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add millet flour, tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and chopped green chili to the bowl.
  4. 4. Chop the fresh coriander leaves finely and add them to the mixture along with salt. Mix thoroughly to form a cohesive dough.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into flat tikkis approximately 2 inches in diameter.
  6. 6. Heat a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat and carefully place the tikkis onto the pan.
  7. 7. Cook the tikkis for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crisp. Add the remaining oil as needed.
  8. 8. Remove the tikkis from the pan and let them rest on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
