Ingredients
- - Proso Millet Flour
- 250 g Cabbage Chinese
- 200 g Paneer
- 1 pc (200 g) Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely shred the cabbage and squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- 2. Grate the paneer and combine it with the cabbage in a mixing bowl.
- 3. Add millet flour, tomato puree, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and chopped green chili to the bowl.
- 4. Chop the fresh coriander leaves finely and add them to the mixture along with salt. Mix thoroughly to form a cohesive dough.
- 5. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into flat tikkis approximately 2 inches in diameter.
- 6. Heat a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat and carefully place the tikkis onto the pan.
- 7. Cook the tikkis for 3-4 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown and crisp. Add the remaining oil as needed.
- 8. Remove the tikkis from the pan and let them rest on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- 9. Serve the Golden Millet and Cabbage Tikkis hot, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
