- 250g Green Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 400 g Curd
- 200 g Black Salt

- 1. Wash the masoor dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 2 hours.
- 2. Drain the soaked dal and grind it into a smooth paste using minimal water.
- 3. Combine the dal paste with chopped onion, green chili, rice flour, spices, and salt in a mixing bowl.
