Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the paneer into bite-sized cubes and set aside in a mixing bowl.
- 2. In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt with ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, and salt to make the marinade.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the paneer cubes and gently coat them. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.
- 4. While the paneer marinates, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chili, cumin powder, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt into a smooth chutney using a splash of water if needed.
- 5. Thread the marinated paneer cubes onto skewers, ensuring even spacing for uniform cooking.
- 6. Heat a grill pan and brush it with vegetable oil. Place the skewers on the pan and cook on medium heat, rotating occasionally to evenly char each side.
