- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix 50g Pouch
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- - Ginger Powder
- 250 g Ching'S Secret Schezwan Chutney
- 910 g Saffola Gold Corn & Rice Bran Refined Blended Cooking Oil (1 Ltr)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- - Onion-250 Gms
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the millet thoroughly under running water and drain well.
- 2. Heat Saffola Gold oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
- 3. Add ginger powder and freshly grated turmeric to the pan, stirring for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
- 4. Add the Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix and Buknu spice blend, mixing well to coat the oil evenly.
- 5. Stir in the Frozen Mixed Vegetables and sauté for 3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 6. Add the millet to the pan and stir to combine with the spices and vegetables.
- 7. Pour in the water and season with salt, stirring gently to ensure the millet is submerged.
- 8. Cover the pan with a lid and let the millet cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 9. Once the millet has absorbed the water and is tender, remove the lid and cook for 2 more minutes to dry out excess moisture.
- 10. Add Ching'S Secret Schezwan Chutney to the millet mixture and stir well for a spicy, tangy flavor boost.
- 11. Turn off the heat and let the millet rest for 2 minutes to absorb all the flavors.
- 12. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving warm.
