Ingredients

  • Pcs Egg Loose
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix rice flour, water, and salt to form a smooth batter for the wraps.
  2. 2. Heat a non-stick pan and spread a thin layer of the batter to make a rice flour roti.
  3. 3. Cook the roti for 2 minutes on each side until lightly golden and remove from the pan.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  6. 6. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
  7. 7. Stir in the tomato, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and rock salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
  8. 8. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the vegetable mixture until fully cooked.
  9. 9. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over the scrambled eggs and mix well.
  10. 10. Place a rice flour roti on a plate and spoon the scrambled egg mixture onto it.
  11. 11. Roll the roti tightly around the filling to create a wrap.
