Ingredients
- Pcs Egg Loose
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix rice flour, water, and salt to form a smooth batter for the wraps.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan and spread a thin layer of the batter to make a rice flour roti.
- 3. Cook the roti for 2 minutes on each side until lightly golden and remove from the pan.
- 4. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves.
- 5. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
- 6. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 7. Stir in the tomato, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and rock salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
- 8. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the vegetable mixture until fully cooked.
- 9. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves over the scrambled eggs and mix well.
- 10. Place a rice flour roti on a plate and spoon the scrambled egg mixture onto it.
- 11. Roll the roti tightly around the filling to create a wrap.
- 12. Repeat with the remaining rotis and scrambled eggs to prepare all wraps.
- 13. Serve the wraps warm with a side of your favorite chutney.
