- - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- loose Ginger
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it in a pot with 240 ml water until the grains are tender and fluffy.
- 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, garlic, and ginger, and set them aside separately.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they start to sizzle and release aroma.
- 4. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- 5. Stir in the garlic, ginger, and green chili, cooking for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 6. Add finely chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, cooking until the mixture becomes a thick masala paste.
- 7. Crack the eggs directly into the pan, and scramble them gently with the masala mixture until fully cooked.
- 8. Add the cooked rice into the pan and toss everything together, ensuring the masala coats the rice evenly.
