  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • loose Ginger
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it in a pot with 240 ml water until the grains are tender and fluffy.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chili, garlic, and ginger, and set them aside separately.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds until they start to sizzle and release aroma.
  4. 4. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  5. 5. Stir in the garlic, ginger, and green chili, cooking for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
  6. 6. Add finely chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, cooking until the mixture becomes a thick masala paste.
  7. 7. Crack the eggs directly into the pan, and scramble them gently with the masala mixture until fully cooked.
