- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic. Add chopped onions and green chilies, cooking until softened.

- 5. Divide the dough into equal balls and roll each into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
- 6. Place a portion of the egg masala mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges to seal and roll gently into a stuffed paratha.
- 7. Heat a flat griddle or tawa and cook each paratha with a drizzle of oil until golden brown on both sides.
- 8. Repeat the process for all parathas, ensuring the filling is evenly cooked and the exterior is crisp.
- 9. Serve the golden masala egg parathas hot with yogurt or pickle for added flavor.
