Ingredients

  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to make a soft dough. Knead well and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic. Add chopped onions and green chilies, cooking until softened.
  3. 3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and scramble until cooked.
  4. 4. Stir fresh coriander leaves into the egg scramble and remove from heat. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into equal balls and roll each into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
  6. 6. Place a portion of the egg masala mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges to seal and roll gently into a stuffed paratha.
  7. 7. Heat a flat griddle or tawa and cook each paratha with a drizzle of oil until golden brown on both sides.
  8. 8. Repeat the process for all parathas, ensuring the filling is evenly cooked and the exterior is crisp.
  9. 9. Serve the golden masala egg parathas hot with yogurt or pickle for added flavor.
