Ingredients

  • 250 g Spinach
  • 250 gm Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 20G Chitale Bandhu Cheese Cube
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 100 g Quinoa
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa and lentils thoroughly under running water and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a deep pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  4. 4. Stir in ginger paste, garlic paste, and chopped green chilies, cooking for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, cooking until tomatoes soften.
  6. 6. Mix the rinsed lentils and quinoa into the pan, stirring to coat with the spices.
  7. 7. Pour in water and bring the mixture to a boil; reduce heat to a simmer.
  8. 8. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes until the quinoa and lentils are tender.
  9. 9. Stir in garam masala and chopped coriander leaves, allowing flavors to meld for 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Let the pilaf rest for 5 minutes before serving to absorb any remaining liquids.
