  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 50 g Pluckk Organic Curry Leaves
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the yellow moong dal thoroughly and soak it in water for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. Drain the soaked lentils and grind them into a smooth batter with turmeric, green chilies, ginger paste, and water.
  3. 3. Mix rice flour and salt into the batter, ensuring a pancake-like consistency without lumps.
