  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • - Ginger Powder
  • - Buknu | Ancient Herbal Spice Blend | Ayurvedic Digestive & Natural Tonic | Traditional North Indian Powder | Rare & Powerful
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and soak them in water for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Boil the lentils until soft, then drain and mash them into a smooth paste.
  3. 3. Steam the Frozen Mixed Vegetables until tender, then chop them finely.
  4. 4. Combine the mashed lentils and vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Add rice flour, Ginger Powder, Buknu spice blend, turmeric, chili powder, and salt to the bowl.
  6. 6. Mix well to form a firm dough, adjusting with a little water if needed.
  7. 7. Shape the dough into small, flat tikkis using your hands.
  8. 8. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and place the tikkis carefully in the pan.
  9. 9. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
