  • 28 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 150 g Cream Cheese
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500 G Sugar
  • - Nutmeg
  • 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
  • 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Cook basmati rice in boiling water until tender, then drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and grill the marinated fish fillets until golden and cooked through.
  6. 6. Finely chop mint leaves, onion, and green chilies, and mix them into the cooked rice.
  7. 7. Serve the grilled fish tikka alongside the minted rice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
