Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 28 ml Vanilla Essence
- 150 g Cream Cheese
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 G Sugar
- - Nutmeg
- 25G Fisherman'S Friend Sugar Free Mouth Freshener - Lemon (25g)
- 125 ml Flavoured Yogurt Drink - Mango
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to make a marinade.
- 3. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Cook basmati rice in boiling water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and grill the marinated fish fillets until golden and cooked through.
- 6. Finely chop mint leaves, onion, and green chilies, and mix them into the cooked rice.
- 7. Serve the grilled fish tikka alongside the minted rice, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
