Ingredients
- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess water.
- 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, gram flour, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
- 3. Add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste to the spice mix, stirring into a thick marinade.
- 4. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade, ensuring all sides are well covered.
- 5. Let the marinated fish rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 6. Heat a grill pan or tawa and brush it lightly with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
- 7. Grill the fish fillets on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- 8. For the mint dip, blend mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt into a smooth paste.
