Ingredients

  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess water.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix rice flour, gram flour, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste to the spice mix, stirring into a thick marinade.
  4. 4. Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade, ensuring all sides are well covered.
  5. 5. Let the marinated fish rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  6. 6. Heat a grill pan or tawa and brush it lightly with vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
  7. 7. Grill the fish fillets on medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
