Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and pat dry the fish chunks, then mince them finely to form a paste.
  2. 2. Combine the minced fish with rice flour, turmeric, cumin, red chili powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add finely chopped green chilies, grated garlic, and ginger paste to the mixture, mixing well to create a smooth dough-like consistency.
  4. 4. Shape the mixture into small kofta balls, ensuring they are firm and well-packed.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the fish kofta balls until golden brown, then remove and set aside.
  6. 6. In the same pan, sauté finely chopped onions until golden and aromatic.
  7. 7. Add grated tomatoes along with turmeric, cumin, red chili powder, and salt, stirring well to combine.
  8. 8. Cook the tomato mixture until it thickens and the oil begins to separate from the sides of the pan.
