- 270 g Protein Chef Multigrain Double Protein Bread (64G Protein Per Loaf)
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 l Rice Bran Oil
- - Cumin Seeds / Jeera Seeds-250 Gms
- - Red Chilli
- - Ginger Powder
- - Garlic Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder

- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly until completely combined.
- 2. Add salt, red chili powder, garlic powder, and ginger powder to the eggs, mixing well to blend the spices.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan and pour half of the egg mixture into the pan.
- 4. Dip a slice of bread into the remaining egg mixture and coat it evenly on both sides.
- 5. Place the bread on top of the cooking eggs in the pan, ensuring it adheres to the egg layer.
- 6. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining egg mixture and bread slices to prepare all servings.
