- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- Pcs Bikaji Bikaneri Bhujia 35g
- - Garlic Paste
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100G Oleo
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, peel them, and set aside to cool slightly.
- 2. In a bowl, mix gram flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin, coriander, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt with a splash of water to form a thick marinade.
- 3. Coat the boiled eggs evenly with the prepared marinade and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and sear the marinated eggs on medium heat until golden brown and slightly crisp, turning occasionally.
- 5. Wash and soak basmati rice for 15 minutes, then cook it with coconut milk, salt, and water until fluffy and fragrant.
- 6. Arrange the cooked rice in serving bowls, and place the golden egg tikka on top.
