Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs in water for 8 minutes, then peel and set aside.
- 2. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it for 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until aromatic.
- 4. Add finely chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
- 5. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili, and coriander powder; cook until the oil separates.
- 7. Gently add the boiled eggs and coat them with the masala.
- 8. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt; simmer for 5 minutes.
- 9. In another pot, boil water with salt and cook the rice until fluffy.
- 10. Drain the rice and mix in a teaspoon of oil to prevent sticking.
- 11. Garnish the egg masala with fresh coriander leaves.
- 12. Serve the egg masala hot with cumin rice on the side.
