Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- - Rice Flour
- 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the boiled eggs and slice them lengthwise into halves.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes with red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 3. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves to the potato mixture and mix well until evenly combined.
- 4. Take a slice of boiled egg and cover it with a portion of the spiced potato mixture, shaping it into a croquette.
- 5. Roll the croquette in rice flour to coat lightly, then dip into water and roll in breadcrumbs for a crispy outer layer.
- 6. Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot for frying.
- 7. Carefully lower the croquettes into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp on all sides.
- 8. Remove the croquettes from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 9. Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper powder on the croquettes for added flavor.
- 10. Serve the golden egg masala croquettes warm with a side of green chutney or ketchup for dipping.
