Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 45 g Garam Masala
  • - Coriander Powder
  • - Rice Flour
  • 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel the boiled eggs and slice them lengthwise into halves.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes with red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
  3. 3. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves to the potato mixture and mix well until evenly combined.
  4. 4. Take a slice of boiled egg and cover it with a portion of the spiced potato mixture, shaping it into a croquette.
  5. 5. Roll the croquette in rice flour to coat lightly, then dip into water and roll in breadcrumbs for a crispy outer layer.
  6. 6. Heat cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat until hot for frying.
  7. 7. Carefully lower the croquettes into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crisp on all sides.
  8. 8. Remove the croquettes from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
