  • 450 G Sarwar Corn Kernels Indian
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250 ml Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the corn kernels in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and chopped green chili to the pan, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, forming a thick base.
  5. 5. Mix in turmeric, red chili, cumin powder, and salt, stirring well to incorporate the spices evenly.
