- 450 G Sarwar Corn Kernels Indian
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 ml Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Boil the corn kernels in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 3. Add minced garlic and chopped green chili to the pan, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, forming a thick base.
- 5. Mix in turmeric, red chili, cumin powder, and salt, stirring well to incorporate the spices evenly.
- 6. Add the boiled corn kernels to the pan, tossing to coat them with the masala mixture.
- 7. Slice the boiled eggs into quarters and season lightly with black pepper powder.
- 8. Arrange the spiced corn in serving cups and top each with egg quarters.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves for a burst of freshness.
