Ingredients
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Rice Flour
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 45 g Garam Masala
- - Coriander Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Peel the boiled eggs and mash them gently in a bowl until crumbly.
- 2. Add rice flour, salt, and a pinch of turmeric to the eggs, mixing to form a dough-like consistency.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small round koftas and set aside for frying.
- 4. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the koftas until golden brown; drain excess oil and keep them aside.
- 5. In the same pan, sauté chopped onions, garlic, and ginger until soft and lightly browned.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they break down into a thick paste, stirring occasionally.
- 7. Stir in coriander powder, chili powder, garam masala, and remaining turmeric, cooking for 1-2 minutes for aromatic seasoning.
- 8. Add coconut milk and water to the pan, mixing well to create a smooth gravy; simmer for 5 minutes.
- 9. Gently place the fried egg koftas into the gravy and let them simmer for 5 more minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 10. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with basmati rice or millet.
