Ingredients
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Coriander Leaves

- 50 Grms Kala Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice in water for 20 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Boil the eggs until fully cooked, peel them, and set aside.
- 3. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté the whole spices until aromatic.
- 4. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- 5. Mix in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 6. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt, cooking until the tomatoes soften completely.
- 7. Stir in the mint leaves, coriander leaves, and garam masala powder, mixing well.
- 8. Add the drained rice to the pan and gently mix to coat with the spice mixture.
- 9. Pour in water and bring to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer the rice.
- 10. Once the rice is halfway cooked, place the boiled eggs on top and cover the pan tightly.
- 11. Cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy, absorbing all the water.
- 12. Turn off the heat and let the biryani rest covered for 5 minutes before serving.
- 13. Gently fluff the rice and eggs with a fork, ensuring even distribution of flavors.
- 14. Serve the biryani hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
