Ingredients

  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Spearmint Leaves | Dried & Fragrant | For Teas, Detox Water & Spice Blends | Natural & Refreshing
  • 50 Grms Kala Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice in water for 20 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Boil the eggs until fully cooked, peel them, and set aside.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a large pan and sauté the whole spices until aromatic.
  4. 4. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  5. 5. Mix in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, cooking for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. 6. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt, cooking until the tomatoes soften completely.
  7. 7. Stir in the mint leaves, coriander leaves, and garam masala powder, mixing well.
  8. 8. Add the drained rice to the pan and gently mix to coat with the spice mixture.
  9. 9. Pour in water and bring to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer the rice.
  10. 10. Once the rice is halfway cooked, place the boiled eggs on top and cover the pan tightly.
  11. 11. Cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked and fluffy, absorbing all the water.
  12. 12. Turn off the heat and let the biryani rest covered for 5 minutes before serving.
  13. 13. Gently fluff the rice and eggs with a fork, ensuring even distribution of flavors.
  14. 14. Serve the biryani hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
