  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM
  • loose Ginger

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger to prepare the base for the bhurji.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium flame, then add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  4. 4. Stir in the ginger and green chilies, cooking for another minute to infuse their flavors.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt, and cook until the tomatoes soften and form a thick base.
