Ingredients
- - Foxtail Millet Flour
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 250g Green Chilli
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak the millet in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
- 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring regularly.
- 4. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies, cooking for a minute.
- 5. Mix in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt, and coriander powder, cooking until softened.
- 6. Drain and add the soaked millet, stirring well to coat with the spices.
- 7. Pour in water and simmer on low heat until the millet is fully cooked and fluffy.
- 8. In another pan, scramble the eggs with black pepper and a pinch of salt.
- 9. Gently fold the scrambled eggs into the cooked millet mixture.
- 10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
