Ingredients

  • - Foxtail Millet Flour
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • loose Ginger
  • 100 g Garlic
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and soak the millet in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a large pan and add cumin seeds until they crackle.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring regularly.
  4. 4. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies, cooking for a minute.
  5. 5. Mix in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt, and coriander powder, cooking until softened.
  6. 6. Drain and add the soaked millet, stirring well to coat with the spices.
  7. 7. Pour in water and simmer on low heat until the millet is fully cooked and fluffy.
  8. 8. In another pan, scramble the eggs with black pepper and a pinch of salt.
  9. 9. Gently fold the scrambled eggs into the cooked millet mixture.
  10. 10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve warm.
