Ingredients
- 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 250 g Organically Grown Baby Potato
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- 100g Greek Yogurt
- 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mash the boiled chickpeas and potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- 2. Add chickpea flour, chopped green chilies, coriander, turmeric, cumin, and salt to the mixture.
- 3. Combine everything thoroughly to form a dough-like consistency for shaping tikkis.
- 4. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into small round tikkis.
- 5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until hot.
- 6. Fry the tikkis in batches, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 7. Blend mint leaves with yogurt and a pinch of salt to prepare the tangy dip.
- 8. Transfer the fried tikkis onto a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
- 9. Serve the crispy chickpea tikkis warm with the mint yogurt dip on the side.
