Ingredients

  • 1 pack (500 g) Daily Good Besan / Gram Flour / Chana Besan
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 250 g Organically Grown Baby Potato
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 100g Greek Yogurt
  • 200G Mix Lonche (200g)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Mash the boiled chickpeas and potatoes in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. 2. Add chickpea flour, chopped green chilies, coriander, turmeric, cumin, and salt to the mixture.
  3. 3. Combine everything thoroughly to form a dough-like consistency for shaping tikkis.
  4. 4. Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into small round tikkis.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat until hot.
  6. 6. Fry the tikkis in batches, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. 7. Blend mint leaves with yogurt and a pinch of salt to prepare the tangy dip.
